Termination Of Probation Without A Cause Abuse Of Rights...

Termination during probation without a cause is Abuse of Rights and Ground for Malice When a wrongful termination happens to an employee especially during the probation period, then it became a stain in their history record in GOSI –General Organization of Social Insurance- in Saudi Arabia. Almost always the HR does not give a decent way out for the employee by giving the chance of submitting a resignation letter. It makes me wonder if the HR takes pleasures in hurting the reputation of the employee and hurting the employee’s self- confidence. Consequently, reduces the chance for the employee of finding a future job. That itself is a ground for malice in civil court. Why do I urge filing lawsuits when you wrongfully terminated? I urge Saudis and non-Saudis to file lawsuits when they get fired without a cause during a probation period because it’s your responsibility to protect your reputation, family’s name. It is also your responsibility to protect yourself and your family. Also, it helps find peace and moving on. Also, it helps the HR improve their behaviors and prevent them from doing it again to other employees. It is part of our duties for the community. My observations: In fact, the government has been implementing the newest technology in the legal system, so our lives become easier.
